I manage a manual RSS feed for this site . (Manual for me, automatic for you.)
If you don't know what that is: When you subscribe to a podcast, the publisher often uses RSS to distribute the content. Most content creators and consumers don't pay attention to the details and don't need to. In my case, Google Projects doesn't have a feed generator built in, so I create one myself when I make a major update, like adding a new story or a page.
Just point your RSS reader to here and it will know what to do: RSS Feed >
Or paste this URL into your reader to subscribe:

Outlook and Thunderbird both handle RSS seamlessly. They both treat updates like email so you can read and delete them as you wish.
If it matters, I have no way of knowing how many or who is getting my feed, and right now I'm more interested in writing (and having a little fun programming my own website).
